S4 Pub Cloud - Commodity Codes in Sales docs and outputs

Hi All

I am exploring commodity codes as per solution 2U3. (intnl trade).I have set up a commodity code for a product but it only appears as an optional add (can see in drop down list) in the delivery created for the sale order.

How could I do the following please? -

1) add to output (would just adding it to the delivery automatically add to the delivery output or would the form and / or form processing program need to be enhanced to show this)

2) would like on Invoice output as well

3) would like on sales order confirmation output as well

4) Automatically add to the documents? (based on export country or something)?

Hi,

You'll need to output form customization for your requirement. With S/4HANA Cloud, SAP provides a set of sample output form template. End users are encouraged to design their own output form templates for different transactional documents with Adobe LiveCycle Designer (Windows Ver.) which can be downloaded for free in S/4HANA Cloud.
