S_PL0_86000028 Fin Statement Act/Act --> Error regarding "missing" Ledger

Hi All,

I have a problem with the S_PL0_86000028. This transaction represents the Financial Statement: Actual/Actual Settlement. When executing the transaction I enter all the necessary selection criteria. Also the Ledger field (FAGL_RLDNR) is mandatory. But when I enter the customized Ledger (in my case 0L, which is present in the system), SAP generates an error that this Ledger ISN'T present in the system.

For field 'Ledger', no characteristic value '0L' exists

Message no. KY040

Diagnosis

Characteristic value '0L' has not been entered in the master data for field 'Ledger'.

Searching OSS doesn't gives a clear solution that is credited to this problem.

Is there someone who knows a solution?

Many thanks in advance!

Regards,

Pieter

Hi Friend,

By any chance did you activated the Funds Management ????

If yes, deactivate it in following path and check once.

SPRO ---> Public Sector Management -

> Funds Management Government -

> Basic Settings -

> Activate Global Functions for Budget Control System (BCS)

Thanks & Regards

Hi ravi,

Thanks for your answer! We have de-activated BCS in a test environment. Unfortunatly this didn't had any result.

On the other hand, we need BCS in a productive system, so not using it is no option.

Regards,

Pieter

Hi Pieter,

sorry the last in my earlier answer is wrong, the deactivation to be done for the folling path

Activate Global Funds Management Functions (PSM-FM)

I.e first node in basic setting.

SAP has recommended to create separate Leading ledger if you want to work with FM and NEW GL. I hope we have to activate the FM first and then create the Ledgers.

Please try and revert back with system performance.

Thanks & Regards

Hi Ravi,

I have de-activeated PSM and checked the report. But again without any result.

Anyway, we still need FM and most of it's parts, so de-activating is no option.

Thanks anyway!

Pieter
