S.O not appearing in MD04

Former Member

Hi

I had a created a S.O for a material. But that S.O is not appearing in MD04 even after running MRP?

S.O / Division / DC are also correct

All parameters are fine i.e. strategy 20, lot size EX & even S.O qty is higher than existing stock. What could be the reason?

If i change the material master and keep as strategy 40 & load PIR's; i can see the PIR's in MD04....But S.O is not appearing?

Any comments

Hi Vicky

To plan for each and every sales order. Give In material master MRP 2 view Availability check group 02 individual. Then the sales order will appear.

Also see your scope of check link is there for your Availability group and availability checking rule. Also link is there for control of check.

Hi,

When creating sales order give plant no. in the table.

Item - Qty - - - plant

After creating sales order in change mode check the requirement type it must be KE.

Hi,

Please check the requirement type parameters for customer consumption.

And keep availability check 01 in MRP-3 view and Individual/collective indicator to 1-individual in MRP-4 view.

Thanks and regards

Hi Vicky,

Please letus confirm one point, Have u maintained the Avilability check Group at MM before the sale order entry. do u able able to carried out Avilability check at sale order. If not maintained , Create New sale order and check with Md04.
