Hi,
I have a question about the "Contact Support" function. For Fiori, I found this SAP Help article on how to configure it. For the GUI part, I didn't. Also, I was a little bit surprised when I checked the option for "Custom ticket system".
For the mentioned BAdI "/UI2/BADI_EMB_SUPP" I also did not find any blog posts here. Are there any best practices and integrations to 3rd party systems? Especially in the RISE with SAP context where you have the S/4HANA private cloud edition offerings, you do not necessarily have a Solution Manager anymore.
On the Roadmap for Cloud ALM there is an integration to Service Now. Would be happy to get some additional resources on that topic but also your experiences!
