S/4 HANA Public Edition / Error while dowloading XML Template in the Migrationcockpit

Hello Experts,
im new to the topic of Data Migration and used this sap course (https://learning.sap.com/courses/migrating-data-to-sap-s-4hana-cloud-public-edition) to get startet. My Problem is, that when i want to download the XML Template for the "Customer" Migration Object to fill the tables with data, the file i get contains only the following text/error:

Can someone tell me what the issue might be and if i can fix it ? By the way the download as CSV template option is working. The migration project is configured for stagging tables and Local Database Connection.
We use a TDD System with the SAP Demo data and i didnt create any custom fields or migration objects.

Hi Lucas,

please open an SAP Incident in component CA-LT-MC - this needs to be investigated by support team. In the incident include logon on data to your system, write if the problem only persist with the migration object customer or also with other objects.
