Runtime Error in transactions XK01 and BP in S/4 HANA 1709

While creation customer or Vendor or BP, generating dump with runtime error.

Abap program: XO_Segment_Factory=====================CP

Application Component: FS-BP.

Manual corrections performed as per note 1555393, and no luck in spite of correction.
