Right Click Menu not visible in Dispatcher

Hi We have upgraded version 10 FP2202 to Version 10 FP2405 HF_1

In the dispatcher the right click is not fetching any menu for the close transactions either AP, AR etc.,

This was working smoothly in FP2202, and dont see any feature downgrade anywhere,

I have also used the service account to run the Dispatcher services and also admin user but of no use

any one facing similar problem

Dear @SachinBG ,

The default dispatcher option is available only on Pick & Pack (A/R). Since you mentioned A/P, I believe dispatcher is a customized screen, you need to check with the partner or developer to rectify the issue.

Hi Dispatcher is a SAP application which renders sap client on browser, we loged a ticket to sap and as per the reply this is a bug which is there in this version and got fixed in the latest patch
