Dear SAP Friends,
I would like to seek your assistance in resolving my current issue in transporting objects from QAS to PRD. I am getting an "RFC communications error with system/destination TMSADM(at)PRD.DOMAIN_DEV" description. I see my three servers (DEV, QAS, PRD) with an arrow-down status (lighlighted in red) in transaction STMS.
I am also getting "ERROR: max no of gateways exceeded (100) Location: SAP Gateway on host <my machine name> / sapgw01" both in TMSADM(at)PRD.DOMAIN_DEV and TMSSUP(at)PRD.DOMAIN_DEV in transaction SM59.
What is causing the error messages?
Other RFC connections are fine. I hope somebody can help me. Thank you very much in advance.
Best Regards,
AlbertJ
How did you fix the problem? Same happened at our place, the RFC connection to one server does not work anymore:
Fehlerdetails ERROR: max no of gateways exceeded (100)
Fehlerdetails LOCATION: SAP-Gateway on host ***** / sapgw**
Fehlerdetails COMPONENT: SAP-Gateway
Fehlerdetails COUNTER: 40822
Additional information I've found in SAPMMC Syslog:
Process type: RD
Message ID: Q14
SAP-Basis System: Maximum number of 100 connectable SAP gateways reached
