Hi,

Following is a scenario

PP01 first operation----

---

confirmed Qty 5 with co11n

PP01 second operation----

---

confirmed Qty 5 with co11n

QM01 third operation----

---

Lot is generated for Inspection and confirmed Qty 4 and 1 is for rework

PP01 Fourth operation----

---

PP01 Fifth operation

Here i want it should not allow to confirm 5 Qtys in third operation but its allowing. I want to avoid this.

Moreover, please guide me how can i introduce 1 for rework from third operation in operation 0020 for rework in above case.

go to OPK4 set result rec : error message if no insp.result exist and select control key qm03 in operation set confirmation required

This solves first question. Can you please guide me for following problem

After creating production order for 5 Qtys and confirming operations in following manner

PP01 first operation----

---

confirmed Qty 5 with co11n

PP01 second operation----

confirmed Qty 5 with co11n

please guide me how can i reintroduce rework Qty in routing for rework from third operation to the operation 0020 in above case.
