Rework after QM rejection

Hi every body my situation after production process at QM material has been rejected , so i tranfered it to Blocked state for Rework,the proble is after doing all the necessary steps in completing the rework process i should move my material to QM again for Acceptance ,here we have strucked so i kindly request the Consultants suggest me a solution.

Hi i have done both scenarios my question is already we have done Quality inspection and UD then we rejected and moved into Bloked state after rework if we try to tranfer the stock with MVMT type 349 , QM is not allowing for rework material stating already qm done for Material

Go to T code QA12 and change the usage decision has accepted and post the quantity to unrestricted

Hi,

For this ,while doing rework ,you have to create new process/production order,have to create new master recipe/routing,BOM,do goos issue,confirmation&goods receipt.At the time if goods receipt post stock to quality inspection&give UD.While doing UD ,post stock to 'Unrestricted'.

you can also follow the rework process, change the production order and do the confimation again and change the usage decision

Hi,

Yes,after rework you again post it to quality inspection.Stock will appear in quality inspection stock in MMBE.Quality user will give 'UD' in QA11&will post stock to 'Unristricted stock'if it is meeting specifications.

you can use T code MB1B and movement type 349 to transfer the stock from blocked to quality inspection
