revision level valid at the date when the PR is created

Hi,

Could you please provide me help in the issue that I am facing?

MRP is set up to allow dates in the past. So if the lead time for the delivery is less then PRs are created backdated. In this case the revison level that is valid for the material on the release date of the PR is picked

Is there anyway that I can set the revsion level valid today in the material master and not the release date of the PR be picked?

How can I acheive this requirement?

Hi Deepak ,

I am facing the same issue. My PR is planned through SAP APO and when we checked , we found system is taking revision level based on release date . Can you please suggest how we can get the current revision level in PR.

Is there any userexit that I could ue or will I have to develop a call transaction to edit the PR and change the revision level??

Hi

Use the BADI MD_PURREQ_CHANGE to manipulate the rev level in the requisition.
