Revenue account determination for sample order with values

Some of the sample order will charge end customer. But the revenue account for sample order requires to be different than standard order income.

Since S4/Hana cloud public edition does not allow create sales order type, so both order types are OR. In this case, we are not able to assign different account key for system to assign different revenue accounts. Please advise if there is best practice to solve this issue.

Suggest you to check the micro video to understand the logic for revenue recognition configuration:

Configuring event-based revenue recognition for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Financials - openSAP Microlearning

If item category is the same, you can use different materials to determine different RA key.

Then with different RA key, you can use different Assignment rule to determine different revenue accounts.
