Revaluation of a purchase order price due to a material price change

We need to run a revaluation of a purchase order due to a material price change. This works in the company currency but does not work in a functional currency different to the company currency, using the MRNB transaction ( yes it exists in S/4HANA Cloud Public edition!)

The material currency is the company currency. The PO is in the functional currency (which is different to the company currency).

The business scenario is that the amount we pay for the product (sucrose from sugar cane) changes every quarter and we need to back pay the suppliers for sucrose supplied prior to the change in price. 

Any ideas, work aorunds or suggestions as to another method of achieving this result?

I think you need to clarify first how the scenario which you described is valid for Public Cloud.

Here is the link from Fiori apps library in which is clearly stated that MRNB is not available for Public Cloud:

Are you maybe using Schedule Supplier Invoice Jobs - Advanced app?
