Hi Experts , Business requirement is regarding return cost

The return cost for the "A" brand:

1. The material return cost is 20% of the net invoice amount.

2. The minimum return value of the material is €100.

3. In consultation with the responsible sales representative, a quarterly return delivery can be agreed. In this case, the costs amount to 10 % of the net invoice amount.

Return costs for the brands X, Y and Z:

The minimum return value of the material is €50 net.

- Return costs: Goods returns within 3 months after delivery: No return costs.

Goods returned within 4-12 months after delivery: 10%.

Goods returned later than 12 months after delivery: No credit note

- In consultation with the responsible sales representative, a quarterly return delivery

In this case, the costs amount to 5 % of the net invoice amount.

---I have created condition records with the combination of sales org/brand. Maintained return cost

for A - 20%, X-10%, Y-10% and Z-10%.

But for with in 3 months delivery no return costs.

and 4-12 months return cost 10%

>12 months no credit note.

kindly assist on the above scenario what logic should i use

You need to add the logic in a routine which can be taken via vofm and assign this routine to your pricing procedure for returns.

You could use a requirements routine to check the dates to see which scenario is applicable and make the related price condition apply. You could possibly even combine with a calculation routine to determine the value of the return cost or go with condition records as you currently do.

As per business request we have done the code changes in ZBAPI's. simulation BAPI and Status BAPI.

Created two new Ztables 1) Return cost 2)Min order value. (Business can change the values when ever they want)

maintained return cost and min order values per sales org wise in the above tables.
