Retrieving of Leave Request Attachment in R/3

After manager approval of the sick leave ..need to retrieve the attachment and send mail to HR Admin.. Attachment ID is getting stored in PTREQ_Attachment table but how to retrieve content from the content server before posting .

Please suggest.

You can use function module PT_ARQ_ATTACHMENT_GET, here you get the file URL too.
