Dear SAP HCM Consultant,
In standard configuration there is not option but you can take the help of your ABAP for such changes.
They will deploy this requirement in Standard Userexist.

Hi,
Another solution if you are running time evaluation would be to create an absence quota for the maternity leave absence to deduct from and only grant it to women using a PCR. For this you could use the OUTWP operation to restrict the quota generation based on gender. By creating a quota that only women can receive and tying it the maternity leave absence it would inherently restrict the absence from men as they will have no absence quota for the maternity leave absence to deduct from. No ABAP required.
Thanks,
Kory

my requirement is to make system check Gender before apply maternity leave , that's it
I think it needs PCR ,
Thanks in advance
Nesreen,
To check the gender you can use OUTWPSEX which will give you a return value of 1 or 2. Since 2 applies to female employees you will generate your entitlement only under this portion of the PCR. So assuming that you are using a day balance to generate your entitlement you would first perform the check using OUTWPSEX and then under return value 2 you will add to the day balance to generate the entitelment.
Thanks,
Kory
