In resource scheduling app , work center utilization graph have target line display ,  

Can we modify this target line ? If yes ,will be going effect scheduling

It should not affect the scheduling since it serves visualisation purposes.

Which s/4 version you are using , not able to found in S/4 2021

the image was taken from SAP S/4HANA 2023 system. Please check if you have Manage Work Center Utilization app available (APP ID F2222).
