Requisition Approval -- E-Recruiter

When the requisition is created by the recruiter (using Create or Create by position services), the job postings are created, published and the status is set to Released; but, how is it approved. How does the Hiring Manager approve the requisition created by the recruiter?

Hello,

The approval is performed by an approver via the UWL.

You have some workflows that take care of this, you can have further instructions on note 949624.

Workflows:

WS16900009

- Designed for Simple Requisition request scenario SRQ1 (Form ISR_FORM_SRQ1)

- Without Approval

WS16900010:

- Designed for Extended Requisition request scenario SRQ2 (Form ISR_FORM_SRQ2)

- With Approval

TS16900003:

- Designed for Extended Requisition request scenario SRQ2 (Form ISR_FORM_SRQ2)

These are for management involvement? How does the requisition created in the recruiter role get approved? When the requisition is created in the recruiter role, the requisition is in the released status (when you click the released button), but the requisition need to be approved by the hiring manager?
