Requirement related to PO release strategy

Hello Everyone,

My client has one requirement- They want to hit the release strategy in PO for Net Overall Value along with the Item value too.

Just for example- 

1. Buyer is procuring a 10 Laptops of dell= each 10K so total= 1L, now release strategy hits till 2 level
2. But now buyer is procuring a single laptop of Apple= each 1L so total= 1L only, So here can we hit same release strategy till level 3?

   So is this possible to achieve?

Hi Siddhesh ,

As you may already know, the standard PO workflow condition only contains the overall net value. Therefore, your requirement may not be achievable with the standard setup. You may want to check on enhancements for your requirement.
To implement your custom logic for the conditions, you may want to explore the available extensibility options for the PO workflow process. Please refer to this link for information on the available BAdIs in S4 Hana Cloud for custom conditions.
