Hi,

In ME28 t code, check the Cancel Release indicator and execute after entering other required inputs.

Hello,,

ME28 t code release procedure, then it means , The Purchase order is approved by senior , then why you want to reject or cancel this PO.

If you want to Cancel, then in Initial screen itself is having Cancel release , tik mark and execute the transaction, system will cancel your PO.

In Addition to above thread,

If you want to Delete the Purchase order, then before that you can first cancel the release and select the line item in ME22N tcode select "Delete" button .

I Dont want cancel Purhase orders list

We need purchase order rejection in ME28 T Code.
