Required fields for time sheet

Dear Friends,

I have to create the template for time sheet in which i get the data regarding the Attendence of the employee but am not aware about which fields i have to mentaion in that template .In sap i used IT2001,IT2002 and IT2006 i am technical guy so am not aware of that too much .Kindly guide me which infotype fields i will mention in that template .

In IT2001 : Absence type----Required field with Hours.

In IT 2002 : Attendance type -

---

Required field with Hours.

In IT2006: Absence quota type with number..

are you using CATS?

First i want to know what data needed from the external system means mandatory field name .

I am using the IT2001,IT2002 and IT2006 .Which fields value i need in these infotype from the external time machine.

Then i have to use the CATS for uploading the data

Hi

First maintain CATS and then upload data to CATS sheet and from there the data is sent to the R/3 system.

I am not aware about the CATS how should i maintain the CATS kindly guide me or give me steps document for that .
