Is there any report available in purchasing to know the purchase value in combination with VENDOR & GL ACCOUNT?

Now requirement is to have report for GR values in combination with Vendor, Material, and GL account number.

Can anyone guide pls?

But in ME2K, it doesnt ask for specific GL account number. It asks for cost center. I hav created query, but it is not showing any result. Is it sufficient to take tables MSEG & EKKN in my case or shud i consider all tables EKKO, EKPO, EKKN & MSEG?

there is no report that fulfills your requirement, you have either to create query or quickview as already described, or you need to create an ABAP report.

HI,

For GR Values,

It is MSEG, it self Gives all the GR values .for the combination of (GL ,VEndor,and material.)

it has the in the selction screen GL and Material and Vendor .

Just execute the same,so that you get all the details

Like the Material Docment number ,plant ,storage Location ,Amount in Local Current ( GRN value)

Delivery Cost if any, PO NUmber .

HI,

There is no Standard Report that could give this report,we can write a Query by Linking the Tables

EKKO - For PO Header detais( vendor PO NUmber ,Total PO value)

EKPO- For PO Item details ( MAterial /services ,text,plant ,per unit value ,qty etc.)

EKKN- For PO accounting Details ( GL accounts ,Cost element etc

Quick viewer reporting tool will be used for this report SQVI

Hi,

u can make a query report by joining the tables ekko, ekpo,mseg,ekbe. or else u can make a buyers negotiation sheet.
