Hi Pradnya,
from the screenshot it looks as if you entered the IP address and user (Administrator) manually.
Can you try to use the Connect button in the SAP Cloud Appliance Library console and then choose RDP as connectivity ?
If this also doesn't work:
- Are you behind a corporate firewall / VPN that might be blocking RDP access ? If yes, try a public / home network if you can reach the RDP from there.
- Did you or your SAP CAL administrator allow RDP access for certain IP ranges only (can be specified in the CAL console under Access Points) ?
Last not least, please tag your question with "SAP Cloud Appliance Library" as well so that the colleagues in the respective sub-forum see your question as well.
