Hi,

Rem profile that has been assigned for header material will take care of GI for child materails and GR for parent materail.

Before doing backflush u have to any one below costestimates.

1.Prelimianry cost estimate - KKf6n

2.Standard cost estimate ck11n - Mark & release cost - Ck24

Rem profile controls the cost estimate methods - plz check correct cost estimate method has been selected in REM porfile at customizing.

Dear Gururajan,

After the master datas are ready in REM - Repetitive

Manufacturing,like material master,BOM,Rate

Routing,Production version, then proceed with product cost

collector creation using T code KKF6N --->enter the

plant ,material -

> click the create button, select the

production version once the pop up message comes----save

the datas--->system again pops up create preliminary cost

estimate for the material----click on Yes.

Then carryout the cost rollup using T code CK40N and then

only you can do production confirmation using MFBF.

in you case check in KKF6N,the status of the estimate

whether its green or with yellow status or Red.

It should be KA - costed without errors.

If founf KF,check the errors, rectify it and then come back to

KKF6N.

Goto Change mode ,click the cost button and check again.

Hi,

The problem is system cannot determine the cost estimate to backflush the activities for quantities .

I hope u have created product cost cellecter and might have not done preliminary cost estimate in KKF6n.

please check the date on which cost estimate has been done?you should do confirmation in MFBF on the same date and onwards from cost estimate date.
