Hi,

Thanks for your reply,

Release strategy set for value 100000 to 500000 and after deletion of purchase order value become 0.00.

Hi,

When a PO item is flagged for deletion, it is not valid anymore.

The item remains on the PO and can be undeleted. Due to the

system design, the authorization check reviews the deleted items also.

If the deletion indicator is set in the p.o. the release strategy

will only be removed if there is no p.o. history

However, if you archive the items flagged for deletion, these will no

longer be selected in ME28.

- If the release strategy is not removed from the p.o., the p.o. will

be selected in transaction ME28. If the p.o. is already released, it

will only be selected when the flag in 'cancel release' is set.

Untick both the Delivery Completed & Final Invoice indicators will

remove the release strategy for deleted POs. If one of them is still

ticked, it will still be included in ME28.

The Final Invoice indicator can either be manually entered in invoice

and PO item or automatically set by the system.

-If you have a purchase order with one item line with 'final invoice'

flagged, the purchase order will still be subject to release strategy

even after deletion of the item line. To archive those purchase orders

is the solution for this case.

Ashwini.
