Release strategy not triggered in SES

Hi Experts,

I have created new release strategy for SES with characteristics CESSR_LWERT and CESSR_WERKS.

Created new class, Release group, Release codes and maintained value in the classification.

Now when i create SES using ML81n, Release strategy is not triggering. Only the green flag (accept) appears also

in Goto->Entry sheet, relese strategy is not active (unable to select).

Please suggest

The release strategy is not determined by the system. Check the characteristics for the value and maintain the reference table and also for plant, Share the screenshots
