Is it possible to release a stock order using the web services API?

Webservices ManageCustomerRequirementInMaintainAsBundle operation is used to create or update one or more instances of the stock transfer orders, Currently we do not have standard webservices to release Customer Demand.

You can try MDRO Release Due Deliveries Runs to release Customer Demand.
