Rejection/ Reminder for RFQ's via Fiori using BRF+ output management

We are facing an issue in SAP fiori where one of the requirement is to send reminder/rejection email to suppliers for RFQ. It seems that this is not a standard functionality. 

Therefore, we thought about setting the output type in dispatch time 2 (scheduled) and try to force the sending by clicking on send output in application"Manage RFQ". The button remain grayed out and the status is either in preparation or to be output even after trying to use the app manage output items.

Is there any solution to force reminder/rejection email sending to suppliers?

Yes you are right I think this functionality does not exist. we have a note for Rejection. It advises something about it

Symptom
You received Quotation from several vendors for your Request for Quotation document, and you chose the one from which you order the goods, and you want to send rejection letter to the rest of the vendors informing them that the ordering won't happen from their company.
In ME41 RFQ document case at the NAST output logic the output type ABSA was for this purpose.
Is there any similar functinality available for Manage RFQ Fiori app based RFQs and S/4Hana output control (a.k.a BRF+) especially for PDF with fragements output form technology?

SAP S/4Hana - On-premise

Cause
Missing functionality. There is no special similar PDF with fragements form available yet, so for Fiori app based RFQ documents no such output processing is possible (as in case Manage RFQ Fiori app only the S/4Hana output control, a.k.a. BRF+ logic useable and only the PDF with fragements form type - SAP KBA 2664988).

Development's attention can be also raised if you post a development request as per SAP Note 2967362.

Resolution
As long as the feature not developed, for Fiori app created RFQs rejection mail can not be sent out.
If this kind of feature needed, use ME41 SAP GUI tcode based RFQs and NAST output message ABSA.
