Regarding Workflow

Hello All,

We have got two different dept in the plant, Say 1 & 2

Notification related to equipments of dept : 1 Should go to Person "X" thru work flow

and

Notification related to equipments of dept : 2 Should go to Person "Y" thru work flow

kindly suggest your views to handle

How to assign this in Dept Resposible in work flow "assign agents"

Can you Pl tell me in the below path of customization

Plant Maintenance and Customer Service > Plant Maintenance and Customer Service >

Maintenance and Service Notifications > Notification Processing >Set Workflow for Maintenance Notifications.

Hi,

You can make use of Dept responsible & Coordinator field in the Notification. You can define coordinator for respective dept.
