Regarding Sales Report

You can see the image below in right side next to sales performance no field there are 2 fields sales performance state & GHI, Which is use for getting report in state wise .I created a state name as like as I will create for sales employee. I started giving link to state and GHI.  I got report with the totals and no of documents but I didnt get customer details in state wise report I got only through sales persons report.

So can you please tell me how to link the customer details in sales report .

You may use Crystal Reports

You may build a view or stored procedure to call your data

There are plenty CR - how to videos that you can get from google for simple CR report, optionally as advised above, you may use crystal convertor,

Hi,

You can create a stored Procedure and then u can link the same to your crystal Report by setting up a connection with your SQL server.

Hi,

UDF created in marketing document is not available in SAP's standard report. You can user Reference Link option to link the UDF to remarks field.

Which report you are refering for the sales details. If it is query based report then you need to update the same in query report.
