The stock transport configuration does not support the UB stock transport order type for what you are trying to do. The configuration is maintained in
SPRO > Materials Management > Purchasing > Purchase Order > set up stock transport order.
I suspect the system is set up SD delivery and billing probably using a NB order type. The reason I say this is the error you are getting is telling you that the parts you are ordering from the other plant don't have the plant/sales distribution views set up in the material master. You also need routes and shipping point data maintained. This is because the system is trying to "sell" from the supplying plant to the "receiving" plant.
