Reg Hr reporting

Hi ,

I m new hr reporting..I need to get the changes in data occurred on infotype 0,1,2,7 based on the one date(current date or any data). Can any one help in writing this...?

Hi Kisu

Infotype tables for the ones you've mentioned are PA0000, PA0001, PA0002 and PA0007. All infotype tables contain the field <b>aedtm</b> which has the last change time. However this way you can not catch some records, e.g. deleted records.

So you can utilize the BAdI <b>"HRPADINFTY00"</b> (as I remember, try some others alike this if this is not the right name) or the user-exit <b>"ZXPADU02"</b> to track changes and store these in another table. We have achieved this for our project and utilizing this methodology for the integration of HR data with DMS, LDAP and some other external systems.

Hi Kisu,

You will be better off tying your report to the PNP logical databse.. that way you need not worry about authorization checks.. Also, if you need the old & new values, you can take a look at the delivered report RPUAUD00.
