Currently we dont have global mobility implemented ..

We have a couple of cases where an employes gets transfered from one country to another country..

We dont have dual payroll running .. I need a way to use refernce personeel no ..

Example when i am transfreing one employe from one country to another how do i configure refernece Personnel No .

I need someone to guide me on how to setup and use Refernce personnel no .

You can just use reference personnel number (IT 0031) without activating GEM.

when i tranasfer some one from one country to another country his old per no should be copied to 31 infotype .

For how shoud i start ..

Should i add IT 31 INTO dynamic actions or how should i go about it .

Can you give me more details pls

On PA40 transfer actions use field reference PERNR on IT0000.

Hi,

1. If you want to link to already existing employees use IT 0031.

2. If this is new assignment for existing employee use reference number from IT 0000.

Soo this what i had to do ..I had to go to the Module pool and get the ref no field activated in IT 0000.

Next had to change some of the characteristics of INfotypes needed to be copied .

And its workign ..

Only Qualification infotype is not getting copied as it is associated witha employee worklife .
