Hi Ram ,

Thaks for your reply,but can you tell how can i do these steps i mean some config steps or transaction code.

My other problem is my nuber rage is internal but the system is jumbing by 5 number, i mean after 90 .....it is taking 95 as asinternal number then 100 and so on

I think that first five no. has been created in the configuration.

No it is jumping by 5 as default , i have checked number ranges also every thing is fine on that side.

2. Advertisement of Vacancy PBAW

3. Applicant applying against the published Vacancy

4. Profile Match Up PEPM

5. Applicant Action PB40

a. Initial entry of applicant’s basic data

b. Invite applicant

c. Interview Applicant

d. Reject applicant

e. Offer applicant contract

f. Applicant rejects offer

g. Put applicant on hold

h. Prepare for Hiring

6. Transfer of Applicant data to Master data PBA7

7. Closing of Applicant Activities PBA8

Spro i have configured , but the proble is when i am want to run action for applicant in pb10 my infogroup is not shown there.

2. work force requirement and avertising

3. create recruitment instruments.

4.create address for the recruitment instrument.

5. Applicant Administration--->personnel officer.

What are config. to be done to run Profile Match Up PEPM.

Where to update the Requirement Profile(LO) for Profile Match.

Even when I selected a existing applicant, the qualification details of the applicant is also not displaying

Kindly guide me.

In Org Assignment.(Create Organizational Assignement)

In PB10. If i m entering details regarding the existing App. No.

(Applicant number) . After Entering the Number, When i m saving the record .It will give me a ERROR.

Position 00000000 not Allowed.

Error Number range 02 is external, enter a personnel number

In NUMAP, make the number range internal. The Applicant No. will be alloted by system.
