Hi Experts,
We are using the Salary Continuance action for our customer based in CANADA. In this action employee will be paid being INACTIVE. As per the Canadian govt policies for generating ROE, the Salary Continuance hours should be included in INSURABLE hours. We are paying the employee through IT 0014 for the same, we are not recieving any insurable hours in the ROE table of payroll schema.
Suggest me solution for the above said issue.
Thanks & Regards, Swapnil Mishra

Hi Remi,
Thanks for your reply.
Can you also let me know that, for doing so, one new Time wage type will be needed to be configured which will hold the insurable hours.
I need to know the characterstic details of the same.
Regards, Swapnil

Unless you can find a formula on Service Canada's website (http://www.servicecanada.gc.ca/eng/audiences/employers/index.shtml),
I believe that you should ask your client to define the formula that should apply.
Once that is established, create PCRs that automatically generate Insurable Hours for the Salary Continuance WT.
