what r the activities for a MM consultant in realization phase and final preparation phase?

The Final Preparation phase also serves to resolve all critical open issues.

It means whatever open issues you have find out in testing or may be in data migration needs to be resolved in this phase only.

In Realization phase we will do the all kind of testing and the Final preparation is mainly for Data migration, end user training and cutover activities and to finalize your readiness to go live. The Final Preparation phase also serves to resolve all critical open issues.

Realization: The purpose of this phase is to implement all the business process requirements based on the Business Blueprint. The system configuration methodology is provided in two work packages: Baseline (major scope); and Final configuration (remaining scope). Other key focal areas of this phase are conducting integration tests and drawing up end user documentation.

Final Preparation: The purpose of this phase is to complete the final preparation (including testing, end user training, system management and cutover activities) to finalize your readiness to go live. The Final Preparation phase also serves to resolve all critical open issues. On successful completion of this phase, you are ready to run your business in your live SAP System.

Realization phase - You have to customized the SAP to the busniness as discuss in Blueprint. here also invlove is custom development and testing .

final prepartion phase : In this u take all the request to production, prepare all the data migration activity. Keep all the master data and transaction data ready in given formats and load them.
