Re-print Changed Purchase Order

Former Member

Hi MM expert,

we upgraded from SAP45 to ERP6.

In SAP45, we can print the whole PO after we changed or added the PO item, but not any more in ERP6.

In ERP6, we can copy from the original output to get the whole PO, otherwise it's defaulted to only the changes.

I checked the configuration (M/34) and compared program FM06AEND, form routine CHANGE_FLAG between SAP45 and ERP6.

They are all exactly the same.

Does anyone know if it's possibel in ERP6 to default printing the whole PO?

Many thanks in advance,

Thomas

Dear Thomas,

You have to create a new message in the PO by pushing the 'repeat message button.

Enter ME9F with status '1', then via the button 'message detail' you enter directly

in the PO message handling screen, add another message to the PO, return and

process the message.

BR,

Ian

Hi

Once print out for original PO is taken the output created is successfully proceed and no further output is possible from this output.

In case of changed PO new output created which printout changed PO as it is not orginal PO and revesion is automatically created for changed PO.
