Dear Gurus,
I would like to raise a support ticket to SAP.
Could anyone provide me to the link in the old portal.The new one does not list all my customers.
Request clarification before answering.
Hi,
to raise a ticket you need the S user ID & password then you have to download a SAP Passport certificate from the site then you install and there you ready to go for raising a support ticket
if you have that then click on below link
http://service.sap.com/partneredge
under SAP B1 product you will find a support TAB>> Incident Wizard (here you follow the instructions )

if your working Customer side we don't have Access to Direct Raise Ticket , with the help channel partner we can raise the raise the ticket ...
