QUT1 Sales Quotation row not displaying the OSCN Substitute

Hello,

i am trying to display the OSCN substitute number of an OITM item in a sales quotation when an item is added to the quotatio. but the field is empty when the item is added, even though the OSCN substitute number of that item is existing.

What am i doing wrong? Can this only be done with a UDF and a query?

Any help would be appreciated.

Kind regards

Manuel Ketisch

Hi Manuel,

A record in the OSCN table is a combination of ItemCode and CardCode. For the Substitute to show, you need to have a record for the item AND the business partner you are using in the quotation.

Please open the master data form for the relevant business partner, right-click somewhere on the form, and choose 'Business Partner Catalogue Numbers'.

This shows the OSCN table from the business partner's perspective. Here, please check that the item has an entry for this BP.

If this doesn't work then you can use a formatted search in the BP Catalogue nr. field on the Quotation form.

Regards,

Johan
