Quota Arrangement with Scheduling Agreement for Multiple suppliers

Hi,

i have a Quota arranged to an item XXX for a 2 Supplier with Share of Business as Supplier X = 50%,Y = 50%. Date 01.04.2021 to 31.03.2022. Now i am adding new supplier Z in to Quota list. New Quote arrangement is X = 20%, Y = 50% and Z =30% effective 01.04.2022 to XXXX date.

After MRP run, the quota is not shared to supplier as per assigned and it is providing maximum quote new Supplier "Z" and Supplier "X" is getting 0 allocation till year end. Why is it like this?

If i delete all the all quota arrangement details and make new quote effective today, it is working properly. Could you pl clarify why this issue persists? How this mechanism working in SAP?
