Query Reservations x Purchase Requisitions

Hello PM an MM Experts.

I'm trying to create a query to report the Purchase Requisition number base on the Reservation and Reservation Item.

To do that I'm using RESB and EBAN tables. When I execute the query, the answer is always "No data found to show"

When I run the tables separately, I see that in the RESB table, the fields BANFN and BNFPO are empty, and in the EBAN table, the fields RSNUM and RSPOS are empty as well.

Is this the reason why the query doesn't execute correctly? Does anyone know why does it happen? Does anyone knows other tables or T codes that could do the job?

Hi Gabriel,

Have you checked the field Settlement res. no. and Item settlem.reser. in EBAN, this will be holding the reservation and Item number.

The approach to get the PR and Reservation details based on the order, will be different. You cannot use the PR or Reservation to do it, refer below thread.

Hello

Please use the below details from EBAN to get the Reservation details from Purchase Requisition.

Field-->EBAN-ARSNR (Use for Reservation Number)

Field-->EBAN-ARSPS (Use for Item number of reservation)
