Quality Notification -Action box not functioning

Hi Experts,

Our client needs to perform vendor returns, scrapping, transferring stock from the unrestricted block, etc... through quality notification. But in SAP public cloud system, the Action box setup is not available by default., we have configured some settings and implemented BADIs for Q2 Notification. But still, we can't able to perform any goods movement using the Q2 notification, It will be helpful if you provide any suggestions regarding this.
