Hello! This problem can have a few origins or even not be a problem.
Considering the little information mentioned in the post, you can verify that:

- It is a quantitative characteristic and the option "Enter results" is not enabled in the characteristic control code;

Also check if it is a control characteristic that has a dynamic control rule, so it has been skipped.
