1.in material master QM view of QM in Procurement is Active

is the client level setting or plant level setting?

2.there is any setting is required to activate QM in procurement in client level?

Hi,

QM Procuremrnt Active

If this set it means that QM in procurement is activated for all plants of a client.

QM Control key

Details for QM specific procurement process at plant level are determined using this control key like if Technical delivery terms,Certificaton type etc.

If you activate the indicator for QM in procurement in the material master record at the client level , you must also store a control key at the plant level for quality management in procurement.

If you dont maintain a control key you will get the following error

"Message no. M3831 Plants exist in which you have not specified a control key"

If any plants dont require controls, assign control key 0000- No active function. If you maintain control key 0000, then you will not get the warning message.

QM in procurement indicator is a client level setting. Even though it is on a plant level screen, (QM) , it is client level. You must maintain a contol key in each plant's QM view

Hi Faisal,

In the standard System, it is always at the Client level

QM Procurement active will be always at client level but control key can changed based on your rquirement at plant level.

There is no setting for "QM in procurement active at Client / Plant Level" in SPRO. It is in the Material Master QM View only

Hi,

If you make this field mandatory in field selection customization, users have to check it whenever quality management maintenance is made in material masters.
