Hi All,

In EWM QM system , is it possible to create Inspection lot from Quality Notification by Releasing QIE document from Action Box ?

Client is required to do inspection with result recording before GR. Is it possible to implement the process by EWM QM process?

Well, since you are using an action box, that uses FM's that you write and program. So theoretically you can do anything you from an action box.

I'm not to familiar with EWM QM. But it what it appears you want to do is to do a source inspection. This usually means you either inspect a representative sample sent to you, or you go to the vendor and inspect the item before taking a delivery. Standard QM handles this via source inspection. I believe this is what you are looking for.

You should review the help files and do some research on source inspection and QM in procurement. I don't know how much of that standard QM functionality is available with EWM. But if you research the items I mention, hopefully you'll be able to find where to look in EWM.

Can you tell me how the master data Inspection Rule(eWM) is connected with IOT(Inspection Object Type) which we configure as per business requirement?

No, unfortunately I can't. We don't use EWM.
