Project Budget question

Hello experts,

I am by far not an SAP expert and I have a problem. I am looking at CJ30 and there is a column for budget which looks like the original budget amount, the current budget which is more than the original and distributed/distributable which mirror the current budget amounts.

How can I get the current budget back to the original budget numbers. The previous person altered the originals when they should not have been.

Run CJ37 which are Budget Supplements which are added to the Original Budget. Delete them if necessary.

This looks like it wants to work but now I'm getting now that the "item WBS element xxxxxxx budget exceeded" so the changes worn't save. Is there an override to this?
