Program HR_SYNC_PERSON query

Helle Experts,

On running program hr_sync_person, a warning message is generated, it reads:

'There is no address for business partner 9999999999'

Message class = R1; Message Nr = 612.

We are sync'ng our employees to BP via CP; i.e P ==> CP ==> BP.

What could be triggering this warning message.

Regards

I don't know why it is referring to BP - 999999999 - but for the CP that it did it for, check the pernr than check the address infotype - 6. It uses subtype 1 (by default) to create the address on the BP. Your address may be missing for these pernrs.

Thank you Michael.

'BP 9999999999' is just a reference or example, the actual BP number is 8000001856 as per our number range config. I did check the pernrs, 3 pernrs are linked to 1 CP and only one of them is valid which is correct as it is the same person. I presume then that the warning message is triggered by the other 2 invalid records. BP record should then be updated correctly by the valid CP. Can you collaborate my thinking.
