Hi,

System will select the production version based on

1. valid from date

2. Lot size

If all the production versions have the same valid date and lot size,  then system will select the first prod version.

If you want the system to select only the particular production version, you can mention in MD61. so system will select that during the process.

Hi,

During backflushing system will consider the PV which you have chosen at the time of production order creation.

Dear Sir,

At max you could maintain 99 PV for a particular Fg .Production version could be manintained on the various crieteria like on the basis of lot sizes, validity dates, etc.

Regarding pint 1.While creating production order from planned order or directly creating the productuion order, system will pop up all the production version if you have maintained the same.

or esle if you want to get the production version through PIR, then you have to dectivate  all other PV except for which you want the system should consider. The same can be done through C223.(Deactivation of production version). As the system while running MRP will conside the first production by default.

Also from costing point of view you have to create a mixed costing. As when you run standrda cost estimate system will released the standrd cost estimate of the first Production version by default.

For any issues please revert back
