Hello everybody I have a problem during the cancellation of production confirmation (CO13), the system shows me an error message which tells me that the stock is insufficient in the store, while there is the total quantity in the storage .

Hello,

Kindly check below points

1) If production order is sales orders specific(make to order scenerio) then stock must be presnet with respect to that sales order and line item

2) If production material is qulality managed then while doing cancellation of production order stock must be present in quality stock.

Have you tried to analyze what happened to the stock generated from production order, is it allocated to sales order delivery ?

Do you have WM activated in your system , if yes then problem is there will be no suitable entry found for reference movement type 261 in table view V_T321 in your system after the cancellation of the production order confirmation by CO13.

another possibility is that the material has a different stock category when its consumption is confirmed (and consequently when it is cancelled in CO13)?

The standard put away strategies will not automatically send the material back to the bin from which is has been picked.
