I have A query, What is the difference between Product Proposal and item proposal, where we maintain Product proposal

In that attachment i find that Document types are different, remaining procedure is same. any difference more than this?

Item Proposal and Product proposal (Dynamic product proposal) - Document Type : PV

Item proposal, at the time of Order creation we need to select manually but if we use Product proposal (Dynamic) system will fetch the data automatically based on certain criteria , Please refer below link
